How to Deal with Disrespectful Members in a Clan

Rest in the knowledge that you don’t have to prove yourself to anyone’s eyes but your own.

Wrong is wrong even if everyone is doing it, right is right even no one is doing it.

If you have enemies? That’s good because that means you’ve stood up for something.

There is a huge amount of freedom that comes to you when you take nothing personally.

Reward great members, do not punish disrespectful members. Punishing them would just put them on a defensive position and will not solve the problem.
