Non Buyable And Buyable Skills Empty

If you think about skills critically they can be non-buyable and buyable.

For example construction is buyable but you can chop the logs for planks and make the nails, fletching is buyable but you can chop the logs and summoning is buyable but you can kill monsters and do other things to get the items required.

Please post what you think and discuss.
