Level 1-14
What: Cooked meat
Item: None
Where: Cow farm north of Lumbridge near Beefy Bill and stove in Karim's Kebab Shop
How:
1. Pick raw beef dropped by cows left by players at the farm north of Lumbridge near Beefy Bill's Supplies. Ask Beefy Bill to deposit them.
2. After you deposited many raw beef, go to Al Kharid Bank to withraw and cook them on the stove in Karim's Kebab shop near Al Kharid Bank.
3. Deposit them in the Al Kharid Bank and repeat the cycle. You can use or sell them later.

Level 14-24
What: Trouts
Items: Any hatchet and a tinderbox
Where: Fishing spot northeast of Barbarian Village
How:
1. Pick raw trouts dropped by players at the fishing spot northeast of Barbarian Village.
2. Cut any tree around to get a log. Light it with a tinderbox.
3. Cook the raw trouts.
4. You can drop them and repeat the cycle or deposit them in the Edgeville Bank. You can use or sell them later.

Level 25-29
What: Salmons
Items: Any hatchet and a tinderbox
Where: Fishing spot northeast of Barbarian Village
How:
1. Pick raw salmons dropped by players at the fishing spot northeast of Barbarian Village.
2. Cut any tree around to get a log. Light it with a tinderbox.
3. Cook the raw salmon.
4. You can drop them and repeat the cycle or deposit them in the Edgeville Bank. You can use or sell them later.

Level 30+
What: Tunas
Items: Any hatchet and a tinderbox
Where: Musa Point and Karim's Kebab Shop.
How:
1. Pick raw tunas dropped by players at the Musa Point.
2. Exchange them to Stiles for bank notes. Repeat step 1 and 2 until your inventory is already full.
3. Deposit them in the deposit box at Port Sarim when your inventory is already full.
4. Withdraw them out the Al Kharid Bank and cook them at the stove in Karim's Kebab Shop when you get many.
5. Deposit them in the Al Kharid Bank and repeat step 4 and 5 or repeat the cycle when you ran out of raw Tunas.
